I’m Alex Wallace, owner of Duct Daddy, a small, family-run business based right here in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
I started this company in 2021 after spending years working with larger commercial companies. Over time, I realized that the way many of those companies operated didn’t sit right with me, especially when it came to quality of work, honesty, and how customers were treated. I knew there had to be a better way to do things.
So I decided to build something of my own from the ground up.
In the beginning, it was just me, taking calls, doing the work, figuring things out as I went, and putting everything I had into each job. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined to build something meaningful, something I could be proud of, and something that would truly support my family.
My wife now works alongside me, and together we’ve continued to grow Duct Daddy into what it is today. We were proud to become the first certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialists in Cochise County, and we’ve worked hard to build a reputation based on honesty, quality, and trust.
We’re not a franchise; we’re a local family raising our kids here and serving the same communities we live in. Every job is hands-on, and every home is treated with care and respect.
